Service Description
Therapeutic massage is a highly specific and specialized form of bodywork that focuses on relieving muscle tension and pain. Also considered, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Injury and Medical Massage these various of modalities and approaches are utilized to create a custom experience just for you. Deep pressure and more intensity are used to release tense and painful muscles, knots and adhesions that are often associated with physical discomfort, stress, and headaches. For the athlete, these sessions are also aimed to assist in preparing for and recovering from athletic training. Stretching, cross fiber friction and kneading techniques will keep you operating at peak performance. Therapeutic Massage can help the body relax, which in turn can help you let go of anxious and fearful thoughts. Massage can relieve muscle pain and tension, improve circulation, and increase flexibility.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at minimum 24hr prior to your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. If canceled within 24hr you will be charged 50% the cost of your service. If no show, you will be charged 100% cost of service. Thank you for your understanding!
